Kari Byron likely had no idea that she would eventually be a television star when she grew up while living in the San Francisco area of California as a child and young woman. Kari Byron’s early life was very similar to everyone else’s in America, a combination of grade school and university followed by a series of entry-level menial jobs that had no relation to the skills that she had learned in San Francisco at University. Her sudden meteoric rise to success as one of the personalities on the popular Discovery Channel program called MythBusters has been a surprise to her and her family as well as the rest of the nation.
